Before/After Demolition
This week's project featured this bathroom which our client said they no longer found it visually appealing. They were skeptical of deciding to remodel it as they knew it would require tedious demolition work. However, we let them know this isn't our first bathroom demolition and will do whatever it takes to get the job done. Not only did we find out the walls had no insolation ⚠️ but also the vinyl flooring had 2 underlying layers of ceramic tile, causing excess weight on the subfloor🚩Now our client has the freedom to choose the tile and floor of their choice, all the modern amenities, as well as adding insolation which will help with moisture and temperature control. Stay tuned for the next phase of the process: drywall.
