The houses we shopped for vs. what they bought 🤯
Started the year strong, got intentional about location and must-haves. The housing market in Chicago was heating up quickly and after some shopping, my clients refined their preferences and narrowed their focus to move in ready homes. We pivoted from resale inventory to new construction. It all led to this: a brand new construction townhome in the heart of Portage Park that could not be more perfect.
