Hello friends—It’s been a WHOLE YEAR since I last posted here, apologies for my absence!

I plan to start posting here once a week (or more!) and thought I should begin with this meditation I have been utilizing in my travels. Our mantra for this one:

I am grounded
I am safe
I’m protected in this space

I suggest accompanying this meditation with some light stretching or some deep intentional breathing 🧘
