Try our Sunshine Salad 😎 Fresh summer peaches grilled to perfection - served atop romaine lettuce & dressed with fresh basil, candied pecans, goat cheese, fresh red onions & homemade lime-vinaigrette dressing. (GF) 🥗 🍑
Get tropical with our Shrimp Ceviche: Shrimp marinated in fresh lime juice, with cilantro, red onion, tomato & jalapeño; Tooped with fresh avocado & served with corn tortilla chips (GF) 🍤 🌿
And the triumphant return of our beloved Rum Punch: Bacardí light rum, frozen strawberries, cranberry & fresh squeezed orange juice.🍹

🏳️‍🌈 Pick Me Up is celebrating our 29th Pride Month & our 5th Juneteenth!! (We’re also serving up some pretty nice June specials fwiw…!)
Making its much-anticipated return, The Melt: our signature chicken salad, made with chicken breast, crisp Granny Smith apples & cinnamon, topped with lettuce, red onion, tomato and melted sharp cheddar, all on toasted wheat bread; served with your choice of side. (GF option available!)🥪
We’re also bringing back The Veggie Delight: : Our version of Mediterranean rice served with homemade falafel & hummus, toasted pita bread and a fresh cucumber salad.
And of course, for a sweet Summer treat, our Island Shake: Creamy chocolate ice cream expertly blended with coconut flavor. (Vegan or dairy; with booze or without!) 🏖️
We know that Pride means different things for different people, but here at Pick Me Up, we are always so thrilled to be able to acknowledge our staff & our place in the local community in such a fun & meaningful way. We’re bringing back a couple of old favorites this month:
First up, our Mediterranean Veggie Pita: Marinated red & green peppers, eggplant, onions, tomatoes, feta cheese and skordalia served on grilled pita bread; served with your choice of side (hint: sub the feta for our vegan mozzarella for a vegan treat!)
We’re also bringing back our Skordalia: Traditional, refreshing garlic potato spread, served with our homemade toasted pita chips, carrots, celery, tomatoes, cucumbers & onions (hint: take away the pita for a gluten-free dish!)
Also, a few drinks we’re offering this month: Our new Sparkling Iced Americano: Lemon-lime soda topped with a double-shot of iced espresso ☕️🍋🍋‍🟩
And finally, our Herbal Strawberry: Gin on the rocks mixed with strawberries, basil & lemon/lime soda! 🍓🌿
