Ganache

I am going to be updating the page over the next week or so. So far I have made some chocolate bars with different themes. Bars themselves are 100g and different shapes added will add that bit extra to it. First up is a mermaid tail bar

Had a go at making hot chocolate stirrers today. They can be made as milk, dark, white, chocolate orange, or mint chocolate. They weigh approximately 35g. Made mine in 200ml of hot milk and found it just the perfect combination
Ingredients will vary on each flavour but I will pop them on here individually to show the ingredients to each one.
£1.50 each. Will come in Christmas themed bags

When you can't spend a day at the beach, a shell chocolate slab will have to do. Slab is a minimum of 160 grams including the chocolate shells.
ingredients: Milk chocolate - sugar, cocoa butter, whole MILK powder, cocoa mass, emulsifier, SOYA lecithin (E322), flavouring natural vanilla.
White chocolate: sugar, cocoa butter, whole MILK powder, emulsifier, SOYA lecithin, natural vanilla flavouring

A productive day on a chocolate making course yesterday. Lots of chocolate made (and eaten). Lots of new ideas so more will be posted as soon as I have made it
