Last week, TRS was outside at the Summit of Hope partnering with the Illinois Department of Public Health (IDPH) to support the community through testing, linkage to care, resource directories, State ID and Birth Certificate vouchers, and other vital resources.

TRS remains committed to supporting individuals impacted by reentry and connecting our communities to the care and services they need.

TRS/MWIPM is seeking a Community Health & Harm Reduction Outreach Worker to support underserved and justice-impacted communities through outreach, harm reduction, health education, HIV/HCV testing support, and reentry engagement. This role is ideal for someone passionate about direct service, advocacy, and helping individuals access resources that support healing, wellness, and stability.
