The Hooked Leviathan

First lineup of shows for 2026! I'm stoked to bring my fossils, seashells, and handmade jewelry and more to many new locations.

We've got a lot of "firsts" to christen, including my first show with Harbor Brewing! I'm going to be selling shark teeth and abalone shells the size of a small dinner plate while looking out at the water? The pirate in me promises not to overtake any boats and sail off into the sunset towards the edge of the world.

For April, we have a metaphysical market for witchy wares and esoteric items, including Keys of Solomon pendant necklaces, well-known kabbalah talismans.

For May, we have a fairy market the weekend before Beltaine in Villa Park! I'm crossing fingers and toes that the temperature will be more forgiving for the Mid-Spring. I'll be sure to have my trinket box open if clever folks wish to trade!

And a "second" ever but "first" of the year with Curated Collections at Mikerphone Brewing in Elk Grove Village! Plan ahead for Father's Day by stopping by for free dad jokes. Dads are much like fae creatures and must be offered whimsy.

It is unbelievable to me to be booking tarot card reading events, and private events as well. As a practitioner for more than 7 years, it rarely crossed my mind to think that I had a service to offer in addition to the artwork I create. It's been wonderful to read cards for events recently. has been the definition of a community by recommending folks to use my services -- every time I see people say that they learned about me from you, my heart overflows.
Now that I've been operating The Hooked Leviathan for just about four years, I'm starting to get recognized by participants when I return to events. And then to hear that people specifically came to an event to look for me? Get outta here I'm gonna cry 🥹 This is why I love doing what I do -- it's getting to connect with talented creators and chat with fellow weirdos. These events are my favorite way to spend my free time (I realize that makes me sound like I need friends)
