Creating space🤍 along the spine can help the body shift out of tension and into a place of deep release. When we gently lengthen the spine, we reduce pressure on spinal nerves, support parasympathetic (rest and restore) activity, and help release chronic muscle tension that keeps the body in a stress response.
Over time, this kind of support allows for clearer communication between the brain and body—helping the system feel more regulated and at ease.

It’s Women’s History Month not day. Collectively discussing toxic male behavior is an active step to support changing it.When women are fragmented collective change is slow and difficult. We see the same with men, often reasonable men’s voices are not heard to support and educate other men to change the paradigm. Somatics is led by women- we in general are more in touch with ourselves. Yet men and boys are the ones who often hurt and do the most damage to others.
