A Valentine’s dinner for two in Chicago, inspired by the romance of an evening in Amsterdam.

Begin with a warm welcome and a glass of V***e Clicquot Champagne, then settle into an intimate, Amsterdam-inspired dining room where candlelight and thoughtful hospitality create an atmosphere of ease. The evening unfolds naturally. Unhurried, personal, and beautifully composed from start to finish.

Each course is served with intention. Service is polished and discreet. The setting invites conversation, connection, and the simple pleasure of slowing down together.

- First Course
Potato “Croissants” with Caviar and Dill Creme Fraiche

de Quay Potato, Bacon, Pepper Gouda, Peas Dumplings, Tarragon/Dijon Sauce

Mini Cornmeal Stroopwafels, Aged Gouda, Tomato Chutney

- Second Course

Dill roasted Rainbow Carrots Salad, shaved Kohlrabi, toasted H**p Hearts and Pine Nuts, Frisee, Hummus, Parsley Buttermilk Dressing

Cream of Jerusalem Artichoke Soup, poured tableside with Bacon Parmesan Phyllo Twist (Delicate Cigar) garnish.

- Palate Cleanser

Fresh Watermelon, Feta Cream, Balsamic Syrup, Basil Oil, Micro Mizuna, Nasturtium Petals

- Main Course
Butter poached Lobster, Fennel and Truffle Raviolis, Kumquat Beurre Blanc, Cucumber, Black Salt dusted Lotus Chips

Chipotle rubbed Beef Tenderloin Filet, Manchego Cheese Polenta, charred Scallion and Pumpkinseed Pesto, Grilled Chayote Squash, Bordelaise, Crispy Onions

Roast Squab with Mushroom Duxelles Filling and seared Foie Gras, Apple Cider Gastrique, toasted Fregola with Fava Beans and Spinach, Natural Jus, Puff Pastry Lattice

- Finale
Saffron and Mascarpone Panna Cotta, Fig Whipped Cream, Mandarin Oranges and Strawberries, Sunflower Praline

Coconut Rocher, Dutch Chocolate Cream, Vadouvan Curry Creme Anglaise, Pineapple Compote
