Summer went by too quick and before you know it schools back in session in just a few weeks and it’s time to get ready! 📚 🏫

We’ll be on-site at Niles West High School on Tuesday, October 1st from 10AM–2PM for a Back-to-School School & Sports Physical and Immunization Clinic, just in time for the new school year!

📝 Pre-registration is REQUIRED

✅ We accept ALL PPO insurance plans
❌ Not in the HMO network
