𝗗𝗿𝘆𝗲𝗿 𝗩𝗲𝗻𝘁 𝗖𝗹𝗲𝗮𝗻𝗶𝗻𝗴 – 𝗗𝗲𝗰 𝟱 𝘁𝗼 𝟴
Annual dryer vent cleaning is scheduled from Dec 5 to 8 (Tuesday to Friday). This is 𝗺𝗮𝗻𝗱𝗮𝘁𝗼𝗿𝘆 and costs $70 a unit. Vent cleaning is done for everyone's safety and building upkeep.
Check your email for your scheduled date/time for cleaning. Please contact the Westward360 property manager immediately if there are any problems. [Cleaning rates increase to $175 for later dates and owners are fined for non-compliance.]

The garage will have 𝗻𝗼 "in and out" access on Wednesday, June 14 from ~6am to ~5pm. During this time, Door Systems will on site and installing the upgraded garage door.
