Day 4 of my 10 day reset and here are my takeaways so far:

- morning walks are my saving grace. Not taking a walk in the morning drastically impacts how I feel
- the sun ☀️ energizes and grounds me. It makes me think about living in a warmer place
- clean eating can be delicious. Having a stocked fridge is really the key here
- the scale doesn’t matter as much as I try and revert back to that number. It’s simply not an appropriate or accurate measurement of my mental or physical health
- I can do hard things. I often struggle with discipline and I’m hard on myself. I’ve been giving myself a lot of compassion this week and it’s made me feel full.

Some highlights: meditating on the lake, reading and journaling, green juice that tastes good, recipes that fuel and investment in others. 🤍

Had to post twice today because alex and I just got sent the photo on the left and cannot stop laughing… it’s funny because we are in such a better place, both of us but oh man did we just have no idea! The interesting thing is I had bad anxiety at this time in 2019 so my appearance was a direct reflection of what was going on in my head. I even was running this account at that time although I took a brief hiatus.

This is such a fun reminder of how loving our relationship is. We want each other to be the best versions of ourselves, mentally, physically, and emotionally! As today marks one month until our wedding, I’m reminded of how lucky I am to have a partner who supports not only living healthy b it also supporting my goals and even participating in them!

I love our love! The best is yet to come!!
