Last week I guided a 3 hour forest bathing experience for the Illinois Public Health Association’s Annual Workforce conference that was themed “Making Public Health a Priority in Illinois”.

Integrating nature based solutions into the health care system is at the core of my work - both for the practitioner and the patient. In this pre-conference workshop, Community Health Workers we given the time and space to slow down and reconnect with themselves as the prepared to take part of the conference and perhaps reimagine what it means to incorporate nature into their practice.

Thank you for incorporating the practice of forest bathing into your conference 🌀🌿
