Today, we had the privilege to meet with over 500 Illinois teachers in Kane and DuPage County for County Wide Institute Day. We provided effective mindfulness practices not only for students but for our amazing teachers. We are inspired by the tireless dedication these educators have to bring new ideas and strategies to their classrooms and schools. Thank you for having us!

For the ones with big imaginations, strong artistic vision, paint-splattered clothes, or journals filled with stories, remember to own your creativity! This month's affirmation is for you. Remember to say this whenever you're feeling down or discouraged. Take time to identify the ways you are creative and how it makes you feel to create. Sit with those feelings and give the simple phrase, 'I Am Creative," the life it deserves.
