If you haven’t heard the news, our signature sandwich has become quite popular since named it once of the best sandwiches in North America! We are honored and humbled to be recognized nationally like this, but to be able to keep this sandwich on our menu daily we need to limit daily sales of the Italiano!

What makes this sandwich so special you may ask?!?! Well, its the flavors within, and since we cure all our meats in house, it takes time (weeks to a month) to produce such glorious meats! To help keep up with demand, we are limiting sales of the Italiano and just selling it for dine in or counter service guests! We are also limiting daily sales, so arrive early to snag this sandwich!

Give us some time to make more salumi and the Italiano should be back in full force in a few weeks!

Rounding out Negroni week with a bang! Three years in the making...the wait is over and we’re finally carving into a whole leg of prosciutto that’s been curing in-house since 2022!

Joins us for the Prosciutto Party starting at 3:30pm for chef special dishes and $8 Melon Negronis all night!
