Spring is in the air (I promise) ๐ผ
Closing out this evening with our first itinerary building session of the year with another lovely 2026 couple (and literally cannot wait to share them next). In the meantime, Iโm keeping us warm with A + Gโs beautiful summer wedding and a love story weโll never forget, making a hometown debut.

Four years ago I decided to retire the serving apron, put away the cocktail shaker and enter the world of special events; specializing in front of the house operations and management in full-service catering. Though, I never really planned to get into catering (the last thing I wanted to deal with was food after 7 years being a server and bartender) I took the opportunity when it was presented to me. A man by the name of Greg Chanthalusy (@cateringmadesimple) opened the door and trusted in me to help in getting his company launched into the bridal market. Since then Iโve worked with two great catering companies where my position consisted of executing weddings and other private events. Over the years Iโve had the opportunity to learn the ins and outs of what it takes to execute wedding receptionsโboth on the catering side and bridal side. I am forever grateful for everything Iโve learned in the catering industry and experienced, for it has only motivated me and made me more stronger in my career. Today, I proudly belong to the @chicchefcatering management team (featured on Best Pick of The Knot) specializing in day-of-wedding operations and client relations. Our company continues to impress me by vigorously working its way up the bridal market ladder, making our clients our #1 priority. I am truly excited to see the potential this company can achieve with/alongside one another.
