When hybrid work became the norm, Inspira reimagined its Oak Brook office to better support 400+ employees.

Two floors were transformed into flexible, modern workspaces with nine Pillar Booths for on-demand privacy.

The result: seating increased from 300 to 450 in a smaller footprint—plus private spaces employees actually want to use.
