There is a fusion of sweetness and depth that’s perfect for those who love bold, sensual scents. The way it evolves on the skin throughout the day is remarkable, leaving a lasting impression wherever you go. If you’re looking to make a statement with your fragrance, I feel like I am the main character in The Great Gatsby wearing this.

A lot of you have asked me how I kickstart my mornings or what my favorite β€œhealthy” meal/snack/dessert is for my week, and its my fruit bowls, here’s how I make them and what fruits I include, its the winter time so the fruit season is different:

πŸ¦‡ This time of year, every Sunday I go out to the market and buy these fruits…(some might not be at your store as the seasons are different):
-Honeydew Mellon (one whole)
-Papaya (one whole)
-Peaches (five large ones)
-Strawberries (one pound)
-Honey Dragon Fruit (two-three large ones)
-Dragon Fruit (one large one)
-Grapefruit (two large ones)
-Raspberries (half a pound)
-Blueberries (half a pound)
-Bananas (ten or twelve of them)
-Honey (any kind, I like honey comb)
-Flax Seed

πŸ¦‡ I buy a few glass containers, and cut everything up and layer them into the containers.

πŸ¦‡ In the morning time, or when its snack or dessert time, I like to eat them out of the container or put them on a plate and top them off with chopped bananas, honey and flax seed, with a side of coconut water.

I highly recommend this, fruits provide a good source of natural energy, are loaded with natural vitamins, have amazing health benefits, and keep your body hydrated… with that being said, please eat your fruits and drink your water, you’ll feel betterπŸ¦‡βœ¨πŸ–€

Christmas time is always a bitter sweet time for me.

Its a holiday where we all come together with love and laughter, but also to wipe each others tears away as we sit around the table, celebrating through polish traditions, glancing at the empty chair at the end of the table to save a spot for those we miss.

Christmas will forever hold a warmth and sadness in my heart, it was the last time I said goodbye to my Grandmother before her sudden passing, but it warms me when I feel her presence, knowing it was her favorite time of year, because she spent it with us.

I also enjoy picking themes for wrapping paper for the gifts I give. This year is a gloss black wrapping, thick bright green ribbon with glitter for the big, and matte dark green and black skinny ribbon for the small, all with a black tag attached.

Im excited for my dark themed Christmas morningπŸ¦‡βœ¨πŸ–€

I found out this fact, that actually made my anxiety shift down a gear or two, crazy part is.. apparently it’s a proven fact. That is, it’s proven that one lazy day a week, resets your mental health and recharges you for the next week.

Here’s how I spend my Sundays:

πŸ¦‡ I sleep in, I catch up on sleep, I need it at the end of the week, and I don’t feel like I’m in a hurry or a scramble.

πŸ¦‡ When I finally get out of bed, I do a very slow 2-3 hour self care routine, I take a bath, watch friends, laugh because it washes my stress away.

πŸ¦‡ Through out the day, I just watch movies or read. Currently I am reading Matthew Perry’s book, and it is amazing.

πŸ¦‡ I will also eat what I want to, I let the thoughts of calorie intake and thoughts like those, fade away, so I can enjoy myself and give myself what I want, even if I know it is so unhealthy, I will worry about it tomorrow.

We struggle to remember that ourselves come first, always not just once a week, after all, it’s called a Sunday reset for a reasonπŸ¦‡βœ¨πŸ–€
