And we want educators who already do this work, especially BIPOC and marginalized folks whose wisdom is too often overlooked or underpaid.

I am so fawking proud of me! The feedback has been spectacular, and when a student has given suggestions or asked for something to enhance the programs, I have been hella responsive, and they have been appreciative!

By the time I run this for a second time, I am going to have programs that are beyond anything I could imagine!

And by the time I run it a THIRD TIME?! Today's price will not be tomorrow's price!

The amount of sweat equity I have put into this goes beyond money. I put my soul into this frfr!

Now I ain't trying to get 10 bands outta people, but also, it will no longer be a stack either. I am learning the balance of accessibility and value.
