Weather PSA: For Thursday, 7/9 it will feel seasonably very warm ( high 80s) and more humid than the previous 3 days . The obligatory rain during the Smokeout will probably occur later this afternoon and evening , and on and off overnight . No Severe warnings , but always a chance of a thundershower this time of year , and the warm atmosphere provides a large sponge to be wrung out . Evening activities - bring a poncho . Friday might start a bit gray , but we'll clear out and back to lots of sunshine , moderate humidity , and temps where they should be for July . Same for Saturday . Same for Sunday . For July , a great weekend looms . We'll also have a lake breeze , which will refresh and not chill . A return to more heat starting next week , but dry until at least mid-week. We get a lot of evaporation this time of year , so don't lock the hose or watering can away . Enjoy !!
