Dr. Shifrin met this 53 year old male in consultation to discuss a Pectoral Augmentation. He specifically wanted to improve the volume loss and sagging of his chest that developed with age.
Dr. Shifrin performed a chest augmentation with silicone pectoral implants through a hidden scar armpit approach.
