It's been an ok ride in the weight loss journey. Started hitting the gym bout 3 years ago on and off going from diet to diet not really giving it time to work. But since April of this year I have been working out bout 6x a week, meal prepping, intermittent fasting.....and with the help of my TLC products I've managed to let it take time and work so I can see some results. Nothing drastic but I'm happy with my self for staying consistent this long. Just got to take one day at a time.
