Soooooo, I taught my first yoga class today — and it was Lincoln Park, so it was extremely surreal.

The LPX store is the reason why I found out about yoga teacher training with & embarking on this journey changed my life.

I’ve hosted various experiences yes, but I’ve never taught a full yoga class before today and when I was asked about the opportunity it was an immediate yes. It feels like such divine timing that the place that opened me up to the world of yoga also gave me this opportunity.

MORE IMPORTANTLY, I taught to members of the Congressional Hispanic Caucus Institute — who do amazing work and provide such amazing professional opportunities to the Hispanic community.

Being Latina, this couldn’t have been more aligned to give back to my people and hold space for them because they do so much for our community.

Very grateful. 🫶🏼✨
