There was a time when I thought every season of life required me to push harder, do more, and have all the answers. Now, I understand something different.

Some seasons are meant for peace.

As I celebrate 53, I find myself in a season of transition. Not because everything is changing overnight, but because I am. My perspective is different. My priorities are different. The things I once chased no longer hold the same importance.

I’ve learned that peace is not the absence of challenges. It’s the decision to protect your joy, honor your boundaries, and trust that what is meant for you will find its way.

This birthday feels less about becoming someone new and more about embracing the woman I’ve spent a lifetime becoming.

Here’s to moving forward with grace.
Here’s to choosing peace.
Here’s to trusting the transition.
