New pair of heels have you feeling a bit wobbly? No worries, we’ve got you 💜
This class will increase your confidence and stability so you can smoothly move around the pole in heels, become more comfortable in weight transfers, make the most of your extensions, incorporate heel patterns in your walks and give you tools to increase efficiency of your movement.

All levels welcome! Although this class was created with beginners in mind, everyone can benefit from some extra time dedicated to refining your basics.

Despite our little social media break, we have a load of new ig friends, so it feels like a great time to (re)introduce ourselves.

What we do here is about you finding what’s right for you in your unique body and soul, gently introducing yourself to a new movement practice, exploring depth rather than a check list of tricks and levels.

This is a space to let go of everything else you have going on and nourish yourself for a bit.

Best of all, we get to do this with an amazing group of supportive likeminded people.
