The 1901 Project is a planned $7 billion transformation of 55 acres surrounding the United Center. Over multiple phases, the development is expected to bring new housing, hotels, retail, entertainment venues, public spaces, and more year-round activity to the area.

Projects of this scale take years to complete, but their influence can begin much earlier. New development can change how people view a neighborhood, where businesses invest, and where future housing demand may emerge.
