Duties and Responsibilities
Include a firm grasp of the to***co/v**e industry.
Familiarity of current trends and current products.
The associated costs of distribution level pricing from manufacturers and other third party suppliers.
The ability to negotiate product pricing.
The ability to work in a team.
The ability to understand contracts and negotiations with our legal team.

As a strategic sourcing manager you will be required to travel to Costa Rica once a month to over see part of our operations there. (Passport Required)
It will also be required that you disclose if you have ever been refused entry to any other country. (We will not ask why you were refused)

An ideal candidate will have been involved in our industry in some way shape or form, will have the ability to work with our legal team and will learn the intricacies of our contract negotiations Dept. (You are not required to have a J.D.)

Minimum Educational Requirements
Bachelors

Preferred: Masters.

Military education will also be acceptable.

Healthcare, 401k, child care, and financial advisors are all available as part of your benefit package.

Starting Salary is $95,000.00-$135,000.00 per year.
