Travelled a lot of countries in this world, and pizza has always been one of my #1 favorite dishes. Incredibly, the best fried chicken I’ve ever experienced was from a street vendor in Bangkok. And now I think I’ve perfected the perfect pizza. Basil from the garden. Sauce and dough from scratch (literally). I used your sauce and dough recipes, and they rock. seriously, recommend you try these. Or let me be your pizza chef 👩‍🍳

I’ve discovered a lot about myself during social distancing. One thing I never had time for before is baking. I’ve always enjoyed cooking, but never dived into breads. book has been a game changer. Owned for a while, never had time to work through until now. This is his overnight pizza dough recipe. Thin crust (so 200g dough balls). Made in my pans Pizza Blanca, olive oil, mozzarella, Parmesan, onion, garlic, prosciutto. Neapolitan style...Fantastic!
