Church of the Three Crosses

This summer at Three Crosses, we'll explore Embodied Worship, a 5-week series inviting us to reconnect with God through presence, breath, movement, reflection, and community.

Drawing from Christian scripture alongside the wisdom of the Yoga Sutras, we'll discover surprising conversations between two ancient traditions that both ask timeless questions: How do we become more fully alive? How do we find (and create) peace in a noisy world? What does it mean to live with courage, compassion, and joy?

Each service will include gentle, accessible chair yoga (no experience or stretchy pants required!), meditation, and opportunities for reflection.

Whether you're a lifelong churchgoer, a curious skeptic, or simply longing for a little more grounding, you are warmly welcomed.
