The city’s convergence of major interstates (I-20, I-75, I-85), Class 1 railroads, and the world's busiest airport creates a high-volume yet balanced freight market for truckload carriers.

Around this time annually, truckload freight volumes experience a significant spike, particularly on lanes heading to Florida, including summer holiday destinations in Miami and Orlando.
