Seekers, a platform empowering underrepresented youth to become leaders, entrepreneurs, and
public speakers. A three-time author, her latest book, INSPIRED BY THE FEAR OF BEING
AVERAGE, is available on Amazon. She hosts the Grow Wealthy podcast on Spotify, featuring
interviews with prominent CEOs, doctors, and politicians to give underprivileged youth free
access to mentorship. As a TEDx speaker, Ayra delivers impactful speeches at exclusive events.
She addresses the financial literacy gap in American youth and the confidence crisis in women,
making it her mission to inspire young people to find their passion, become leaders, give back to
their communities, and strive for success.
