FYI

ICE raids are terrorizing Black and Brown neighborhoods right now. It's important to sound the alarm on what's happening in our communities. If you ever encounter ICE, here are some ways to document them safely.

Recording ICE is legal, but it's not without risk. If you feel unsafe, don't record. Your safety matters more than footage.

This system has targeted Black communities for generations—from slave catchers to police raids to ICE. When we document, we expose the terror. When we share information, we protect each other.
Stay alert. Stay safe. Sound the alarm.

Black History Month isn’t about nostalgia—it’s about remembering and honoring the shared history, culture and identity that requires a collective pursuits of justice .
This month is about celebrating our triumphs and exemplars.
Our history teaches and is a reminder that reparations is owed by America to Black folk; if we want for heal the past.
From Tulsa, to East St Louis, Elaine AK and the Freedman’s Bank; through racial terror and fraud Black people were preyed upon by their white neighbors and the US govt. from slavery to date our history is a reminder that we have to do for ourselves and each other.
Today’s question isn’t “can we build wealth?”—we already did that.
The question is: what does collective liberation look like?
From cooperative ownership to community land trusts, we’re building
economic and community power AGAIN. Not from scratch—from sabotage.
Reparations aren’t charity. They’re what’s owed.

Today, we honor the life and legacy of Dr. Martin Luther King, Jr. - a radical truth teller, reparationist, leader surrounded, supported and lifted up by beloved community, whose courage conviction, and compassion continue to guide us toward justice and equality. Dr. King’s words remind us that silence in the face of injustice is not neutrality; rather its complicity. Our children and their children will ask what we did to stop fascism. Which side are you on my friends

Let’s recap. Trump demands for months the people in the house turn over the loot. They refuse. He kidnaps the head of the household. He announces his plan to rob the household. He tells the people in the household that his robbery will benefit them. Trump tells the people in his own household—who he has already robbed—that his new robbery will benefit them too. Did I get that right?
