Meet Renee Simon! Renee is our General Manager at Elske, and if you’ve visited us in the last few months you may have met this wonderful person. If not, you should!! 🤗 Renee was born, raised, and began her career in Chicago, and has since travelled the world developing and honing her talents in the restaurant industry. After getting started at Le Colonial and Le Passage, Simon moved on to become the Assistant GM of our fav where she became close friends with . After a few years working in Costa Rica and Central America, she settled in L.A. where she was the Assistant GM of the incredible . Renee recently made the move back to Chicago to join our Elske family, and we couldn’t be happier to have her on our team ❤️.
