🚧👷‍♂️ Week 1 back on the job site for the Mini RLG Crew 👷‍♂️🚧

After surviving a long school year 📚✏️, the boys are already exhausted from all 3 hours of work 😴😂

Good thing it was time for lunch 🍽️.

These young men can move dirt 🚜, haul tools 🛠️, and supervise grown men 👀… but ask them what they want to eat and suddenly nobody agrees on anything 🤦‍♂️.

The lunch debate lasted longer than the morning excavation ⏳😂.

🌮 Tacos? No.
🍔 Burgers? No.
🍕 Pizza? Maybe.

🐔 Chicken nuggets?

Now we’ve got a unanimous vote ✅😂

RLG Crew Member #1: Emiliano “Emmy” Garcia

Summer break? Not for Emmy.

At just 10 years old, he’s already stacked up 20 years of experience once you factor in all the overtime he’s been putting in since birth. Rumor has it his first words weren’t “Mom” or “Dad”… they were “Where’s the skid steer?”

From quality control in diapers to supervising jobsites before he could ride a bike, Emmy has been grinding with the family business his entire life.

While other kids are enjoying summer vacation, Emmy is out here wondering why the workday ends so early.

Employee of the Month: Every month since 2016.
