Chicago Hour

This week, Amazon opened its very first physical bookstore. It's the online retailer's first brick-and-mortar store in the 20 years that it has been in operation.

Accordingly, the physical store has received criticism from traditional businesses that for a long time has seen the company as a threat to their model.
