2018 Ford Fusion, 1.5l Turbo, 212k Miles
Customer called us in for an alternator replacement after vehicle shut off while driving.

Upon Arrival, we verified customer concern before proceeding with Alternator replacement. Vehicle battery was completely discharged. With our generator connected, the vehicle starter could not turn engine over. Technician verified if engine was locked up and confirmed it could not be manually rotated at the crankshaft. Pulled out all spark plugs & found damage in one cylinder. Verified catastrophic engine damage with borescope. Client only billed $120 for travel & diagnosis.

2007 Ford F-450 Super Duty, 6.0 Power Stroke , 140k miles.
Original Concerns: Rough idle, low power, & stalls

Good even compression across all cylinders. Oil bypass valve led to low oil pressure readings, adequate fuel pressure, recommended replacing injectors.

Replaced injectors, fuel filters, engine oil, oil filter, oil stand pipes, valve cover gaskets, IPR valve seals, ball tube seals, crankcase filter, glow plugs, & wiring harness. FICM rebuilt & tuned for more power.

2011 Toyota Tundra w/ 247k miles. Service call for a company fleet vehicle that was stuck in a remote parking lot due to overheating. Coolant reservoir was full with green coolant, but radiator empty upon arrival. Filled up with distilled water and pressure tested coolant system at 15 psi. Verified pressure was dropping slowly and found leak at radiator. Replaced radiator, fan hold down nuts, and replenished with new OEM Toyota Pink coolant. Returned to service same day.

2011 Ford Explorer 3.5l V6 with over 230k miles. CEL appeared and engine was misfiring. Found a broken PCV hose ni**le on the intake tract but also found a cracked ignition coil & worn plugs. Plugs are recommended to be replaced every 100k miles per owners manual. Ignition coils wear out quickly when plugs are overdue.

2007 Hyundai Elantra with 109k miles. Original service call was for poor braking after having the front & rear brakes serviced with a different business, to the point that the brake pedal and emergency handbrake was ineffective. Previous shop did not adjust parking brake shoes when replacing the rear brakes so I adjusted them so that the emergency handbrake would work. There was a rusty brake line going from front of vehicle to the rear. Both rear brake lines were replaced, air bled, and brake fluid flushed from all four corners.

Customer was also aware of a large oil pan leak due to rust which was scheduled another day. Oil Pan removed, surfaces cleaned, and new RTV silicone applied. Vehicle returned back to service same day. Service included a vehicle inspection (noticing a torn CV axle boot) and recommendations made based on Hyundai's maintenance schedule including transmission & timing belt service.

2015 Ford Transit 250 with 128k miles exhibiting a crank, no start condition. Checked fuses/relays. Code in history for fuel pump circuit, but not active. Verified that fuel pump was indeed working and vehicle doesn't start with starting fluid sprayed into throttle body. Checked relative compression & cylinders look normal. Nothing pointing to it being timing related. Checked for spark and verified ignition coils are firing. Checked condition of spark plug and it appears to be original factory plugs, overdue for its 100k mile change interval. Recommended new spark plugs. All 6 plugs were removed but a seized bolt broke on the lower intake manifold. Bolt was heated and removed along with the threaded rivet nut insert. New rivnut installed along with new hex bolt to prevent any intake manifold leaks. Vehicle returned to service same day so that this business doesn't skip a beat.
