This past weekend, we had the incredible honor of hosting the 18th Annual Magellan Rewards Festival in The Park at Lakeshore East — and what a celebration it was! With 70 amazing vendors and thousands of residents coming together, the energy, community spirit, and joy were truly unforgettable.

We want to extend a heartfelt thank you to our Lakeshore East community for showing up with such enthusiasm, and to every Magellan Rewards vendor who brought their best to make this event one of our most memorable yet.

At Magellan Development Group, we're proud to build more than just buildings — we build communities. And events like this remind us just how special ours truly is.

St. Regis Book Event…

Extending heartfelt appreciation to Magellan Development Group for conceiving of the wonderful event last night at The Residences at The St. Regis Chicago. A casual evening filled with meaningful conversations with Magellan and St. Regis residents facilitated by the great staff. I so appreciate the support and the opportunity to connect and discuss 𝙁𝙧𝙤𝙢 𝙍𝙖𝙞𝙡𝙮𝙖𝙧𝙙𝙨 𝙩𝙤 𝙃𝙞𝙜𝙝-𝙍𝙞𝙨𝙚𝙨 and the amazing history of the neighborhood!

Magellan came out on top at this year’s Chicago Agent Magazine - Agents’ Choice Awards, winning Developer of the Year, City as well as Development of the Year, City for The St. Regis Chicago. Thank you to all that voted!
