Thoughts on Quarantine:
Father in Northern Italy: "We don't have to work so hard, we have time with our children, and we have have the best dinner conversations of our lives. Maybe life will be more like this after we get over this."
From a Gen Z student in Philly: "I spend so much time in my room studying that I hardly feel any different. Yeah, I don't go to class, but I am alone, studying...really not that different."
From a Chicago Empty Nester: "My husband and I don't do this pandemic thing well. Being quarantined together is not good for us! I had a horrible mental health day today. And it's so hard to cheer yourself up!"
Thoughts on being infected:
Millennial Ski instructor from Utah: "I think I was exposed, we probably all were, I often carry the young students down the mountain -- one girl was crying on the chair lift and snot was flying, I helped her wipe her tears..."
Millennial Mom: "I am keeping a journal, I want to keep my memories -- for my daughter too, she doesn't understand. Hopefully we can read back someday. And learn from this -- whatever is ahead."
