Project Huron- Framing is about 70% complete, underground plumbing is complete, dig out basement with new footings and drain tile is complete, new I-Beams are in, masonry is about 70% complete and we just poured the basement slab waiting to for it to dry a bit so we can finish it. This 3-Unit de-conversion to a single family home is going to come out BEAUTIFUL!

Sneak peek of project Central Park… fully gutted with second floor addition to give this beautiful home 4-beds and 3.5 baths. All new plumbing/HVAC/Electrical etc. like always keep us in mind for all your construction needs!

Client gave us an idea and we ran with it! Custom TV/Entertainment wall. Wall was made from red oak hard wood floor cut/sand/stained to match new oak flooring through out house. 🔥📺🚧

You have to trust the process… For Project Nagle we did a 15’ rear addition with new foundation along with a whole new second story addition. For a total of 5-beds/4-full baths/2-laundry’s all new electrical, HVAC, Plumbing etc… This house turned out a true beauty! Like always keep us in mind for all your construction needs. 🏙️🔨🚧🏠
