3F Construction is proud to announce the launch of our latest adaptive reuse project at 616 W. Arlington Place in the heart of Chicago’s Lincoln Park neighborhood.

In partnership with Validus, we will transform the former Chicago Getaway Hostel into 36 luxury apartments, delivering a blend of character, modern amenities, and urban convenience.

Project Highlights:

• Approx. 53,000 SF of total transformation

• Complete interior redevelopment across all floors

• Installation of expanded stair tower, MEP infrastructure, and modernized layouts

• Upgraded Amenity package featuring a fitness center

Chicago’s multifamily market continues to evolve — with new development gaining traction even as supply remains tight. Just this week, developers acquired a fully leased shopping center on the North Side with plans to build an apartment tower next door, signaling continued confidence in multifamily housing demand.
