π In the business we call life, we often run around from one place to another, checking tasks off our to do list, going through the motions, and feeling pressured to get everything done.
π Stop and pause when you need grounding- return to the breath.
π Deep breathing activates the parasympathetic nervous system resulting in lowered stress levels, lower heart rate and blood pressure, and triggers a relaxation response.
π Focusing on our breath allows us to focus on ourselves. To tune out the outward noise and listen to our inner voice. Breathe in what you need and exhale what you donβt.
