🏕️🐾 Camp CCR is calling… and your campsite is waiting!

Want to spend the night at Chicago Canine Rescue surrounded by some very cute, four-legged camp counselors? 🐶💚 The first step is claiming your spot by creating your personal fundraising page!

Once you sign up, you can make your page your own—add photos, share why rescue matters to you, and invite your friends and family to help you reach your goal. Every dollar raised gives homeless dogs the care they need while earning you a spot at Camp CCR on August 14!

Then comes the fun: sleeping bags in the shelter, movies, camp crafts, games, late-night puppy cuddles, and a friendly competition to see which camper can raise the most for the dogs. 🏆✨

Meet Crow… or as his foster family has lovingly nicknamed him, “Loaf.” 🍞🖤 (He almost made off with an entire loaf of bread, so the name just kind of stuck. 😂)

Crow recently arrived at CCR and was lucky enough to head straight into a loving foster home—and they’ve already learned so much about this sweet guy. He knows his basic commands, is house-trained, and loves to (politely) let everyone know when it’s time to head outside.

He’s friendly with every dog he’s met, loves being part of the action, and would thrive with an active family who can keep up with his adventures. A fenced yard, hiking buddy, or jogging partner would be right up his alley!

He’s also a total softie. Crow is smaller than he looks, loves being picked up, and will never turn down a pup cup or a little piece of cheese. 🧀🤍

Crow does have some separation anxiety and isn’t a fan of the crate, but with the right home and lots of love, this goofy, affectionate boy is going to make an incredible best friend. Could that home be yours? 🐾
