Use THAT in your daily work. Begin with what you have, where you are.

To become a better man or woman, you have to first admit you are NOT YET as good as you can be. From that starting point, you can decide to give up and stay the same, or face the pain of criticism and self-examination and begin to exercise self-discipline and improve.
There's no fast, easy way but small, consistent changes add up.

Reach too high. Scare yourself. And why not? Will you actually come to physical harm?
