After tackling the initial fire damage, we moved on to framing where we completely reimagined the floorplan layouts. We focused on maximizing utility and natural light to create spaces that were both warm and functional. We were also able to retain the original 120+ year old staircase and restore it to its former glory. Not to mention, you can see the Sears Tower from the front windows.

This building retains many of its original features from when it was built in 1897, including original millwork and ornate masonry design. The brick walls are three courses deep and the building is built like a fortress.
