Urban Retreat Options

Community Service Options, Inc is hosting a free resource fair next Saturday, August 25th from 10 AM to 2 PM. This fair supports individuals with intellectual and developmental disabilities. There will be 3 informational presentation re: guardianship and power of attorney; Medicaid; and Social Security. We will be registering individuals on PUNS (the waiting list for ID/DD waiver services). There will be dental services, free health screenings, activities for the kids, food, and much more.
