Chakra Zen Moment—7-8:30PM

Connect with your chakra centers as you welcome in self-love, connect with your inner child, and call back your power. In this session the shaman will educate you on the what the chakras are and how they govern your mental, emotional, spiritual, and physical body, as well as divinely reconnect you to your chakra centers through the breath, gentle movement, Shamonic Reiki, visualization, and guided meditation.
