Open House Chicago The Chicago Architecture Center's Open House Chicago is a FREE annual festival that typically offers access to hundreds of sites across Chicago, from iconic locations to under-the-radar architectural gems.

bKL is excited to share that the Zoning Board of Appeals has approved the mixed-use development at 1100 W. Grand.

Designed by and developed by Contemporary Concepts and Wicc Development, the building will rise seven stories tall and provide new retail opportunities for Chicago’s neighborhood.
