Please join us in congratulating Partner Michael J. Levy on his appointment as Vice-Chair of the Illinois State Bar Association’s Family Law Section Council for the 2026–2027 term.
In this leadership role, Mr. Levy will help support and serve the ISBA’s over 27,000 members by participating in Family Law Section Council business meetings, contributing to section publications, and assisting in the development and presentation of continuing legal education (CLE) programs.

Beermann LLP is pleased to welcome Nadalie G. Ponce to our team of attorneys as an Associate.
Ms. Ponce began her career with the firm as a law clerk and now joins us as an Associate, focusing her practice on family law matters, including divorce, allocation of parental responsibilities, parenting time, child support, and complex financial issues arising from the dissolution of marriage.
She has also participated in the Beermann LLP Family Law Legal Aid Clinic through Chicago Volunteer Legal Services (CVLS), where she represented individuals who could not otherwise afford legal services under her 711 license. In that role, Ms. Ponce gained valuable courtroom experience and developed a strong commitment to advancing access to justice.
