With over 15 years of clinical experience, Jessica blends acupuncture, Chinese herbal medicine, and nutritional guidance to support the body’s innate ability to heal. She has helped patients find relief from chronic pain, injuries, hormonal imbalances, fertility challenges, autoimmune conditions, digestive concerns, and mental-emotional stress — as well as providing compassionate care for women through all phases of life, including pre- and postnatal support.

Jessica’s approach is rooted in ancient traditions and enriched by modern understanding. Her background in bodywork and two decades of clinical experience have deepened her appreciation of the mind–body connection and refined her intuitive, patient-centered care.
She earned her Master’s in Traditional Chinese Medicine from the Academy of Chinese Culture and Health Sciences in Oakland, CA, and is an NCCAOM Diplomate of Oriental Medicine. Much of her professional focus has been on pain management and women’s health.
Deeply interested in somatic movement and meditation, Jessica integrates these principles into her holistic approach to healing.

After 17 years as a licensed acupuncturist, this new chapter allows me to deepen my commitment to holistic healing by integrating Functional Medicine into my practice.

So, what is Functional Medicine? It's a patient-centered, science-based approach that seeks to identify and address the root causes of disease. By considering the complex interplay of genetics, environment, and lifestyle factors, Functional Medicine aims to restore balance and promote optimal health .

This approach beautifully complements Traditional Chinese Medicine (TCM) and acupuncture, which focus on harmonizing the body's energy (Qi) and restoring balance between yin and yang .
