Did you know ICO offers counseling services to students? Swipe right to read more! It’s a great resource that you should take advantage of and did I mention it’s also free?! You get one on one sessions with a licensed therapists that help you work towards your goals. It’s also a great space to take care of yourself and your mental health. Representation matters.
Hello!! Here’s a fun TikTok the SA board members did for you guys! We are asking and encouraging YOU to apply to be part of SA for the upcoming year.
To apply, please submit a letter of intent to Ben (check the email) by Saturday May 23rd at 11:59pm, max 300 words. If you're interested in more than one position, please rank your choices. The Student Association Directors will review your letters and I will contact you about a virtual interview time.
Requirements to apply are a 3.0 GPA. To stay on the board after election, you must maintain a 2.67 GPA.
SA Class Representatives can't hold positions on the SA Directors Board, but current reps are encouraged to apply (they just can't run for SA class rep again if they get a board position). You can absolutely have Class rep positions or any leadership positions on other club boards!
Note: New class representative elections (for your reps as 2nd years) will happen after the SA-elect board positions are filled, so if you want to run for a Class of 2022 representative position, an email will be sent out late May. Also, there are a couple of other SA branches that will be filling their positions , such as Note-taking and Intramural Sports. Keep a look out for those!
